How to Use

• Step 1: Taking an edge, pull the soft strip off the plastic film.
  
  
• Step 2: Face the gel side of the strip towards the surface of your teeth (Longer strip top row, smaller strip bottom row).
  
  
• Step 3: Gently press and adjust the strip with your fingers.
  
  
• Step 4: Remove strip after 30 minutes.
  
  
• Step 5: Clean off any remaining residue by brushing your teeth ad gargling.
